Installing IKVM.NET, using PDFBox

Hello all, I have IKVM.NET version 7.2.4630.5, and PDFBox version 1.7.1. I have the following questions. 
1)How do I install IKVM.NET?
2)How do I use the Ant build to produce .NET DLLs?
3)How do I enable sorting in PDFBox?
4)How do I use the .NET DLLs to extract text from a PDF?
