When a client terminates while it has outstanding CASes processed, the service logs a Warning msg like " .... Failed to Send Message to Delegates Queue: null".
Not much information in there to understand the problem. Improve the message to help user determine the problem and also to help identify the client which is no longer running. No need to log an exception since a missing client is a possible/expected scenario in a dynamic system.
