[math] Using Maven

If your using Maven, I highly recommend you upgrade your ant-plugin
before trying out the cut-math-release goal/maven.xml I just added.
Otherwise, all the paths in the generated build.xml will be absolute to
your file system and the build of the source distribution will not work
anywhere else.

All this takes is:
maven -DgroupId=maven -DartifactId=maven-ant-plugin -Dversion=1.5
plugin:download
