According to the mailinglist discussion http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/commons-dev/201605.mbox/%3Cb616fe00-d6cc-b54f-9a18-f8151579d02e%40oliver-heger.de%3E the script is no longer needed, so the Ant build script should be dropped. Build documentation needs to be updated too.
