[forge:documentation:Custom VHOSTs] says:
> Note: The VHOST facility is not available for the Developer web space.

Is this true or not? I tried adding the VHOST tool to my user project and this worked fine. I also added a VHOST in the tools configuration and this also worked fine. I didn't test the effect though.

So either way, either the documentation should be updated to not bear this note if it is wrong, or if the note is correct, the VHOST tool should not be addable or even better, not even shown in the list of addable tools, for user projects.
