Workpool files added from TUSCANY-1863, TUSCANY-1907,

I've added most of the files attached to TUSCANY-1863, TUSCANY-1907 to svn.
I've taken the liberty of removing what seem to be work files, and I've
added ASF headers where I can. I've put the new assembly files into the
contribution-updater module for now while we learn ho it hangs together.

I've not added the new projects

modules/databinding-job
modules/contribution-updater
modules/contribution-updater-impl
demo/workpool-distributed.

to the build as we need to work with Giorgio to bring them up to speed with
the latest trunk and integrate them with new features such as workspace.
Currently I'm getting compile errors.

I'm going to close off TUSCANY-1863/1907 and we can open new JIRA as we go
along and fix up the code with the new trunk.
