In the case of dag is completed, but recovery log is not completed, epecially when VertexInitliazedEvent is not written to hdfs. In that case vertex's task number may be -1 since we only recover the dag to desired state, the taskNum may not been recovered, and it would cause the getVertexStatus get the wrong task num.
