Environment: PROD
 *  syncope version: 2.1.9 (standalone)
 *  OS: Windows 10
 *  URL: http://localhost:9080/syncope-console

Steps to reproduce:

 1) install syncope locally

 2) open syncope-console

 3) delete all PRINTERS

 4) shutdown the server with the command shutdown.bat from bin folder

 5) start the server with command startup.bat from bin folder

 6) check PRINTERS

 

EXPECTED RESULTS:
 *   after restarting the server, all printers are deleted since you've deleted them on step 3)

 

ACTUAL RESULTS: 

   you start from beginning; data deleted at step 3) are seen again
