[PATCH] Filter task enhanced, reads filters from file.

Hi,

I've added a "filtersfile" parameter to the Filter task. With the parameter it is possible to define filters in a file. Attached you'll find the updated Filter.java and index.html file. 

I'm not sure if this is the way to submit enhancements, but since I don't have write access to the cvs tree I thought I'll just try it via the mailing list...
