Synopsis: 
Utility taglib contains no binaries

Description:
The binary distribution for the Utility taglib does not contain any binaries! The utility.jar only contains a manifest file and utility.tld (?!) The zip file contains the .java sources, not the .class files or (preferably) a utility.jar.
