Xiao Feng Yu resolved SHINDIG-1782.

    Resolution: Not A Problem

The issues turns out to be the gadget wants the cache control setting of the originating server be respected, to achieve this we only need to leave alone the refresh parameter or set it to -1. Closing this JIRA.
