[PATCH] fetchmail for 2_1fcs (new files separated from patch)

Hi,

After reading Noel's comment in "RE: is 3.0 a dead branch"
e.org&msgId=1042085) about new files being embedded in patches causing more
work, I have reworked the fetchmail patches submitted on 15Sep03 and
separated the new files out!

File fetchmail_2_1_fcs_Patch.zip contains the patched code and
fetchmail_2_1_fcs_New.zip contains the new files. Other than this
separation, everything is identical. For details, read the original
message -
http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/ReadMsg?listName=james-dev@jakarta.apache
.org&msgId=1037412.

I hope this helps.

Milliseconds after closing the door you realise that you have forgotten the
keys. Same with sending messages. Here is an extra new file for the patch -
all the documentation!

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Noel,

after a CVS update, the DynamicAccount class is still missing, so compilation still fails. You may have forgotten to add/commit it to CVS ...

Steve,

FWIW, the DynamicAccount class was missing from your patch, but I extracted
it by hand from the earlier patch. Plus, it appears that you did a bit of
reorganization.

I have committed everything after verifying compilation. Please verify the
CVS, and make sure that it is working as you expect.

Thanks. I have applied the patches (from both of your messages) locally,
will get them committed later today.

And I'll see if it isn't just something wrong on my old build system.
