   One side-effect of this change is that it will not run tests + pylint in branch pushes (it only run tests when there is a PR). This hover is a nice side effect - I am not porting it to v1-10-test branch but if there will be any other branch we want to push, it will not run the tests and will not block Travis. Only if someone makes PR the full set of tests will be run. I think this is rather nice behaviour.
   
   We will have to adapt it once I port it to v1-10-test (but this will only happen after I port the PROD image there).
