[PATCH] book misc fixes and textual change in Chapter 5

I've made a few grammar fixes to the book.  Three of the four changes 
are just "tidying up".  The other change, in chapter 5, is intended to 
make the sentence more clear.  I found the use of the word 'full' in 
the sentence I modified to be less than ideal in a section discussing 
incremental and full backups.

Grammar and reference fixes, and also modified some text in the 
incremental vs. full backup section of chapter 5 to avoid confusion.

* ch01.xml
   (svn-ch-1-sect-3): Removed extraneous 'a' character.

* ch04.xml
   (svn-ch-4-sect-3.1): Fixed chapter reference for svn diff and svn 
merge syntax.

* ch05.xml
   (svn-ch-5-sect-3.6): Changed the text '...full repository dump...' to
   '...complete repository dump...' to avoid any confusion with a full 
backup.

* ch08.xml
   (svn-ch-8-sect-1.1): Grammar fix.
