   Could you please wait for more a moment? I think you are the best one to manage the release.
   And since you do not have write access, the community will discuss and help you to become committer as quickly as possible. After that you can manage the release. 
   
   And please note that any release shall be voted on the dev@dubbo.apache.org mailing list. Here is an example of how we prepare Java release: http://dubbo.apache.org/en-us/docs/developers/committer-guide/release-guide_dev.html
   
   Things could be tough for the first release. The community will help out.
