Well, who can say what is "required"?  It would sure be nice to have a
Russian translation :-).

Take a look under doc/book/book/ for the most important
documentation...

It is important to note that we don't have localization facilities in the
software itself. That is a big task with a lot of various considerations. We
postponed that effort (for now), but definitely want it in a future release.
