   Most, and Github flavored markdown requires a space after hash for headers.
   
   Ideally we'd lint for this, but I cant find a reliable tool.  ```mdl  -r MD018 docs``` works but crashes on like.. img files and stuff so not sure how to automate that.
   
   Remark could also fix lint errors which would have been better than all this hand editing, but couldnt figure out a way to pick this rule up..
   
   Looks like some line endings got caught up in this too. Good riddance :)
