A warning like the following appears during the PDF generation of most of the manuals:

      [fop] May 8, 2007 9:48:40 AM org.apache.fop.fo.flow.TableColumn bind
      [fop] WARNING: table-layout="fixed" and column-width unspecified => falling back to proportional-column-width(1)

It appears the following number of times for each manual. 

adminguide: 2
devguide: 2
getstart: 6
ref: 80
tools: 0
tuning: 0

The warnings appear to be related to table generation.

Although the warning does not seem to affect the correctness of the generated output, it would be helpful to be able to get rid of it, either by correcting the DITA source or by fixing the toolkit in some way.
