Currently sharing capability is added modified through 'create' and 'edit' functions for both experiments and projects.

Although projects can be edited at any given time experiments cannot be edited once they are launched.
PGA need to provide sharing even after experiment details are no longer modifiable. (Experiments in status EXECUTING)
