Hello,
the same issue with the latest release http://dl.zeroturnaround.com/jrebel/netbeans/jr-ide-nb-2018.2.3.nbm. Can someone please take look  at it? We cannot distribute the JRebel plugin updates.

Hello,
at least since yesterday it is not possible to upload the JRebel NetBeans plugin to the Plugins Portal. The errors are as follows.

  *   ERROR: archive seems to be missing Info/info.xml manifest file
  *   Error: There is moduleauthor attribute missing in the manifest file. See wiki for more info on plugin requirements.<http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqPluginRequirements>
  *   Error: There is OpenIDE-Module-Short-Description attribute missing in the manifest file. See wiki for more info on plugin requirements.<http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqPluginRequirements>
  *   Error: There is no license specified in the manifest file. See wiki for more info on plugin requirements.<http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqPluginRequirements>
I have verified, that the mentioned file info.xml and all the mentioned attributes exist.
The previous version of the plugin, that I have tried, and that was uploaded three weeks ago, cannot be uploaded this time.

The plugin packages links are below.

Previous version - http://dl.zeroturnaround.com/jrebel/netbeans/jr-ide-nb-2018.2.1.nbm.

Can you please take look at the issue?
