Sigh... yet another problem with "nbspace", in {{Root/Pages/Kids/[0]/Resources/XObject/fzFrm0/Resources/XObject/fullpage/Resources/Font/T1_4}}. It worked in 2.0.21, no longer works since 2.0.22. We do check for the "nbspace" parameter and return the glyph for "space", but that one doesn't exist, so the "missing glyph" is returned.
