Review comment:
       Current Fix.toString() will convert bytes to string, 
   ```
   public String toString() { return Arrays.toString(bytes); } 
   ```
   the result is like "decimal_val": [0, 0, 14, -63, -52], the generateFixedTypeHandler() will process it incorrect.
