1.4?

I hate to push this question because people that work on Xalan do it in
their on spare time and are having hard time following requests from
everyone, but I have deadlines and due to some previous information on
this list I must ask again: when will we see 1.4 officially released? I
am not looking for EXACT date, more something like 1 week, 2 weeks, 3
(no, please :) ).
