at the request of Steven Noels <st...@outerthought.org>, a mailing
list has been created for commits to the forrest module.  previously,
the commit messages were being sent directly to forrest-dev@xml.apache.org;
now they should be getting sent to forrest-cvs@xml.apache.org.

all of the subscribers to forrest-dev@xml.apache.org have been subscribed
to this new list (steven's suggestion again).  if you don't want to
receive the commit messages, send a message to

forrest-cvs-unsubscribe@xml.apache.org

in addition, the reply-to for the new cvs list has been set to point to
the forrest-dev list, so that discussions of patches will occur on the
correct list.

i *think* this is working, and i'm testing by send this message to the
new list.  the acid test will be when someone commits something to
the repository (/me pokes jeff :-)
