[jira] [Resolved] (SSHD-392) Add transfer limit for server

Goldstein Lyor resolved SSHD-392.
---------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix

Since there is no "default" algorithm for imposing such a limitation easily, this is left to the individual programmer - as of version 1.2 there are enough hooks in the system (both SCP and SFTP) to facillitate such an implementation - see the linked issues for hints as to how this can be done.

> Implement an option to limit the bandwidth sum of all downloads / uploads, to ensure that the SFTP server does not use the entire bandwidth.
> I only use the sftp subsystem so I have no idea if this this makes sense for entire sshd.
