[issues] New comment: (FOR-97) Remove the Apache feather favicon.ico in the default skins

The following comment has been added to this issue:

     Author: Marshall Roch
    Created: Sun, 28 Dec 2003 4:44 AM
       Body:
A favicon isn't necessary functionality-wise, and it may even be good to remove it altogether. Users oftentimes rely on favicons to identify certain sites (which is their purpose, after all). If a lot of sites begin to use the same forrest icon, 1) the forrest site itself will not stand out, and 2) people may begin to associate unaffiliated sites with Forrest (and therefore ASF).
