Spam from I-Offers Direct

Every time I post on apache lists I get a spam from
  I-Offers Direct <pm...@returns.mb00.net>

I assume they have some address subscribed to lists or
something similar.

Is there any way to block them ? Aparently this is part
of mindsharedesign.

The full headers are:

Someone on infrastructure@ can probably help with this.
