Support/Clarifications needed on nuttx based rddrone-bms772 product/code

We are planning to derive a bms product based on the nuttx based
rddrone-bms772 product.

In the BMS772 RELEASE NOTES 4.0, it is mentioned as below..
Software stack
Limitation: The evaluation kit only contains the basic battery management
system code to access and evaluate the NXP technology.
Impact: A full BMS requires additional software. The code is supplied as is
to be used at own risk.

We need the below support/clarifications:

1. Feasibility of reusing the above code base for the production stage.

2. What is the cost involved, for purchasing the licence for using the
above full BMS software?
