Description:
The current time is Mon Dec 17 12:26:31 CST 2018.
But submarine job status output is like this:
Job Name=distributed-tf-gpu-ml4, status=RUNNING time=2018-12-17T04:29:20.873Z
Components:
------------------
The time is not local time.
