Open Office subscriber.........

Please include me on your new member list.

Having problems with current version.  Opens with messge saying waiting for file rebuild. Nothing happens. cannot delete and have to restart.
Would like to replace with new 2012 version.  How do I download it?  Assume saved files will still be available.
