Patch Manager: Enthusiastic Volunteer Wanted

*** THIS IS NOT A SUMMER OF CODE PROJECT ***
Any interested person is encouraged to respond to
this mail, but as this is not a coding task, it
will not be considered for Summer of Code applications.

Hi all.

For the past couple of years, I've been keeping an eye on any mail with
[PATCH] in the subject, prodding the conversation when needed, and
adding issues to the tracker so they don't get lost. I've been rather
remiss in my duties as of late, and I feel that the time has come for me
to pass the touch to another willing volunteer.

From HACKING: "The Patch Manager needs a basic technical understanding
of Subversion, and the ability to skim a thread and get a rough
understanding of whether consensus has been reached, and if so, of what
kind. It does not require actual Subversion development experience or
commit access. Expertise in using one's mail reading software is
optional, but recommended :-)."

The complete job description is here:

Personally, I think it's a great way to get more involved with the
project, to learn more about the internals of Subversion and just get to
know some of the other developers better. If you are interested, just
respond to this mail (to dev@subversion.tigris.org).
