RE: Soap 2.2: How to put examples in CLASSPATH?

What does this mean?
"To install this service on an Apache-SOAP listener,
you need to make
the samples.calculator package available on the
Apache-SOAP listener's
classpath."

Does it mean I have to alter the class path and
restart tomcat everytime I want to run a new sample
program?

I copied testit.cmd to testit.bat and here is what I
received:

$ testit.bat
