SA 3.2 lint errors or me?

I've disabled D's Imageinfo plugin.

# loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::ImageInfo

sa-update update fails due to lint error:

config: warning: score set for non-existent rule DC_GIF_UNO_LARGO
config: warning: score set for non-existent rule DC_PNG_UNO_LARGO
config: warning: score set for non-existent rule DC_IMAGE_SPAM_HTML
config: warning: score set for non-existent rule DC_IMAGE_SPAM_TEXT

moved the scores within the "if" in 20_imageinfo.cf and still get the 
error..

I'm stumped

any ideas?
