one more week to port bug fixes to the 10.4 branch

Just a reminder that there's one week left before we generate a 10.4.2 
release candidate. If you want to include a particular bug fix in this 
release, please make sure that it is ported to 10.4 by early morning 
(San Francisco time) next Tuesday, August 26.
