   If we drop the support of apiextensions.k8s.io/v1beta1, we should re-claim that the lowest supported Kubernetes version is 1.16.
   If I am correct, currently the lowest version we stated is 1.15, I think it’s OK to increase it since now Kubernetes/1.22 was released.
