Where is the newest build (for recording https)

Hi all,
could someone please point out to me where can I find the newest version of JMeter?
I need a version newer than 2.2, a one which includes the ability to record HTTPS.
I remember vagely such features was supposed to be in the nightly builds since 2-3 months or so, but when looking at
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/nightly.html   I had to learn the nightly builds are not available...
