inet parameter still working?

Since upgrading to tomcat 3.2 I noticed that the inet parameter
seems to work. anyone got this to work. In a world of very scarce IP
address space I really need to lock tomcat to a specific IP and not 
have this: 0.0.0.0:8080 in my netstat output.
