   1. Please describe the issue you observed:
   使用命令 `mqadmin deleteSubGroup`， 还能通过监控发现 有流量监控，发现原来是 queryTopicConsumeByWho 方法没有过滤掉 group
   除此之外, 在同步group信息的时候，已经被删除的group 是没有同步价值的, 也不应该返回给 业务方.
