New Jackrabbit committers

Hi,

I'm happy to announce that a some weeks ago the Jackrabbit PMC invited
Bart van der Schans and Justin Edelson to become new Jackrabbit
committers and PMC members based on their contributions. Both accepted
the invitation and I've finally now taken care of the last bits of
associated bureaucracy (sorry for the delay) to make them full members
of the team.

Welcome to the team, Bart and Justin!
