Adding Nexus 4 device..

Hey all,

Now that I have the Nexus 4 (:-D), I added it to Ripple (along with its
correct css pixel ratio).

Pull Request (on our end): https://github.com/blackberry/Ripple-UI/pull/735

Looks pretty good, though, and seems to be generally close (as it can be)
to that of the device, minus virtual button space, etc (although that is
something I am hoping to make easy to adjust from the UI soon). :-)
