[I] docs: consider explicit status page for end-user driver packages [arrow-adbc]
amoeba opened a new issue, #2764:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/issues/2764
### What feature or improvement would you like to see?
Currently, if I'm an ADBC end-user, figuring out if there's a driver package for a particular database in a particular language/environment can take some digging.
One place this information exists in part is at the top of each driver's dedicated documentation page. For example, the [SQLite](https://arrow.apache.org/adbc/main/driver/sqlite.html) page says "Available for: C/C++, GLib/Ruby, Go, Python, R". But not every driver seems to have a page and this information isn't available in one place at a glance.
The other place is the [Driver Implementation Status](https://arrow.apache.org/adbc/main/driver/status.html) page which is close to what I'm after but it only _implies_ which high-level driver packages exist and does so only in a Note,
> Drivers that support C/C++ can also be used from C#, GLib, Go, R, Ruby, and Rust, regardless of their implementation language.
Would a more explicit status page for the high level driver packages be generally useful? Or maybe a restructuring of the [Driver Implementation Status](https://arrow.apache.org/adbc/main/driver/status.html) page?
This issue may interact with https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/issues/1538.

Yes, Power BI is using the Go Snowflake ADBC driver.

Thank you all. Could we please update the C#/.NET [webpage](https://arrow.apache.org/adbc/current/csharp/index.html) with the current status as well? It says as under development.

Yeah, this is something that needs improvement. I sort of want two things here: (1) present the same information in different contexts (in different ways), and (2) make things more data-driven. So even if the driver status isn't a table, maybe it can be driven off of a data source and then rendered automatically on driver pages + summarized on a top level page.

Thanks. Just a quick question related to this: Microsoft Power BI's [2.0 version of their Snowflake connector](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/connectors/snowflake#new-snowflake-connector-implementation-preview) is using ADBC under the hood. Is that using the Go Snowflake driver wrapper in https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/tree/main/csharp/src/Drivers/Interop/Snowflake?
1. Could ADBC document the larger ecosystem status? In this case, that MS Power BI is using ADBC.
2. Should the Snowflake row in the [Driver Implementation Status](https://arrow.apache.org/adbc/current/driver/status.html) be updated to include C#?

Can we add Power BI to [Powered By](https://arrow.apache.org/powered_by/)?

I have a proposal (with screenshots) in https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/pull/2890, taking Dewey's idea and running with it a bit.

I'll try to figure out who (if anyone) needs to approve this.

I think it's because we haven't declared 1.0 yet. I wanted to make some breaking changes before that in order to better support ADBC 1.1, but that effort stalled about a year ago :(. I'll start a discussion about this later today.
