   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   This fixes https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-26835
   
   Extending the documentation of `Generic Load/Save Functions` with reference to the API docs. 
   For new users of Spark it is not trivial that this information lurks in the API docs.
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   N/A: documentation change
