The log level for the console output is currently WARN. We would like it to be INFO, so we can use INFO messages for information that it's important for the user to see but which is not bad (e.g. not WARN or above). In order to do that, we need to tone down the amount of INFO traffic we generate, particularly during startup and shutdown, and including third-party libraries.
