[~bgowda] I'd like to better understand what "CLONE" means... apparently FINERACT-645 is something that had Fix Version 1.2.0, but was closed 2 years ago as fixed but without PR, so presumably really meaning Cannot Reproduce? So... what is this issue for? If that issue did not actually get fixed, how about just re-opening that issue and making it target Fix Version 1.4.0 instead of creating this CLONE? If it did indeed get fixed in Fineract 1.2.0 already, it would be interesting to understand how come it's possible that it's not in 1.4.0. Lastly, a Fix Version 1.2.0 doesn't really make sense... the Apache Fineract will be not re-releasing 1.2.0, agreed?
[~Shruthi M R] are you actually planning to contribute a Pull Request with a bug fix for whatever this is about? I'm just curious. If not, perhaps this issue should be un-assigned.
