[PR] [core] Tolerate absent statistics and non-numeric audit options in system tables [paimon]

LuciferYang opened a new pull request, #10209:
URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/pull/10209

   ### Purpose

Reading `t$statistics` called `OptionalLong.getAsLong()` on the merged record count and size without checking presence, so statistics written without merge results failed the whole query with `NoSuchElementException` instead of reporting NULL columns.

`ALL_TABLES` parsed the created-at and updated-at table options with `Long.parseLong`, so any table carrying a non-numeric value in those ordinary options failed the entire listing with `NumberFormatException`.

This reports NULL for absent merged statistics and falls back to NULL for an unparsable audit option value.

   ### Tests

`StatisticTableTest.testReadStatisticsWithoutMergedCounts` pins that statistics committed with null merged counts surface as NULL in the record-count and size columns instead of throwing.

`AllTablesTableTest.testAllTablesTableWithNonNumericAuditOption` pins that a non-numeric created-at option surfaces as NULL rather than failing the whole `ALL_TABLES` listing.

   ### API and Format

   No.

   ### Documentation

   No.
