Just realized I forgot to copy olio-user. I would really appreciate some 
help from the user community in testing this build. Use either the 
source or binary kit of whatever version of the app you're testing. It 
really shouldn't take long and will help speed up the release of this 
version.

At least, I hope this is the final build.

I have made one change which is to remove the rspec and rspec-rails 
plugins in the rails version. I have tested with this and it works. I 
have left the plugins in the source repository in case they are required 
for future development. Only the packaging has changed.

I need to request that all committers and mentors please do look at this 
release as you will need to vote on it before we can send it to the 
incubator PMC.

The release is available at http://people.apache.org/~shanti/olio_0.2.
It includes zip,gz, md5 and asc files for each version as well as the 
rat outputs.
The rat outputs are now almost clean - hurray !
