JobHistoryServer Questions : MAPREDUCE-5902

Hi hadoop-common:

Sorry to ping again , but am super curious for some feedback on the above
jira, ideally from the folks working on the JobHistoryServer - it appears
certain types of paths don't always get consumed by the JHS....

Are there limitations on valid job names which the JHS recognizes ?
