JDK 1.3 release

I get at least one question a week from people interested in using the JDK
1.3 version of XMLBeans 1.

What can I do to package up a release and get it posted?  I'd love to do
this to make it easier for people who want to use XMLBeans but are stuck on
app servers running JDK 1.3.
