[PR] OFBIZ-13402 Move test sources from src/main/groovy to src/test/groovy [ofbiz-framework]

   ## Summary
   
   - Moves all integration test Groovy source files from `src/main/groovy` to `src/test/groovy` across `applications/`, `framework/`, and `plugins/` so they are excluded from production JAR artifacts
   - Updates `createOfbizCommandTask` in `build.gradle` to include `sourceSets.test.runtimeClasspath` when the task is invoked with `--test`, so moved test classes remain on the classpath when running `./gradlew ofbiz --test`
   - Adds a Groovy capability resolution rule to `build.gradle` to resolve the conflict between `org.codehaus.groovy:*:3.0.x` (declared on this branch) and `org.apache.groovy:*:4.0.x` (bundled with Gradle 8.x runtime)
   
   Backport of the trunk change for OFBIZ-13402.
   
   ## Test plan
   
   - [ ] `./gradlew checkstyleMain codenarcMain codenarcTest` passes
   - [ ] `./gradlew ofbiz --test component=All` still finds and runs all integration tests
   - [ ] Production JAR no longer contains compiled test classes
