Splitting the list (was: RE: Problem with format-number in the latest Xalan C++)

I'd vote to split (but I always advocate having more coffee too! :)

It seems like, apart from the name, the two sides really have only
one thing in common, the language XSLT. And there is another list
for XSL issues (the Mulberry list).
